People often ask me, "What is the purpose of
therapy?" I believe there are a few answers to that question.
To me, there are no failures in life, only slowly ripening
successes. You can create your new balanced, peaceful, prosperous and
productive life. During your
treatment process, you will ultimately turn your defeats into victories and
your scars into stars. You will feel more peaceful and useful in your
life. Your creativity will flow.
The Wessan Method
includes Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
(CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Eye
Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Jungian Psychology, plus other evidence
based methods. We also work with an Army of Angels. With intuitive, quality listening and
Divine Intervention we support your transformation process; you go from

In my DBT Skills Group (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), when we work on the "Distress Tolerance" module I blend in best practices from my therapeutic laughter training.
I model my therapeutic laughter practice upon the shoulders and in the spirit of Dr. Viktor Frankl. I have studied and worked with his logotherapy protocol for years, using Dr. Frankl's Paradoxical Intention, Laughter Therapy and other "counter intuitive" methods to support you in your transformation process.
Dr. Frankl survived his imprisonment in Auschwitz by developing these powerful resilience tools and advanced cognitive behavioral "self talk" techniques to endure his ordeal. He shared his experience, strength and hope in his book, Man's Search for Meaning.
Learning to embrace the incongruities, absurdities and paradoxes of your life is the beginning of transcending them. Then you, too, will find yourself feeling more peaceful and useful, and ultimately much happier.
