The DBT Skills Training group is for people who would like to learn how to cope more effectively with intense emotions, problematic thoughts or behaviors (i.e. negative thinking, self-harm, substance use, polarized or suicidal thinking), and/or relationship struggles.


Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Emotion Regulation, and Distress Tolerance skills are taught in order to reduce self-destructive behaviors and learn more adaptive ways to manage painful emotions.


WEDNESDAYS:  Adults 7:30 – 9:00 PM;   Teens  4:15 - 5:45 PM.
                         WHEN:  March 11 – June 17, 2020  (we skip holiday weeks).

WHERE:  234 Littleton Road, Suite 1-B, Westford, MA 01886
FEE:  $700 per 14-week semester.
