Who Benefits from DBT?
This DBT Skills Training group is for Highly Sensitive
People (HSP), Empaths, and Creatives, who would like to learn how to cope
more effectively with intense emotions, problematic thoughts
or behaviors
e.g. negative
thinking, low self-esteem, self-harm, impulse issues and relationship
struggles.
Mindfulness, Interpersonal
Effectiveness, Emotion Regulation, and Distress Tolerance Skills are taught in order to reduce self-destructive behaviors and
learn more adaptive ways to manage painful emotions. |
What can you expect from learning DBT Skills? As you gain mastery with these skills, traits such as creativity, motivation, effort and efficiency will also improve as you raise your Emotional I.Q. and gain emotional stability. In addition,
your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will clearly increase, and commercial or academic success. |
