The DBT Skills Training Group is for adults (21+) who would like to learn how to cope more effectively with intense emotions, problematic thoughts or behaviors (i.e. negative thinking, self-harm, substance use, polarized thinking), and/or relationship struggles.

 

During the year, Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Emotion Regulation, and Distress Tolerance skills are taught over three 14-week semesters.

FEES:  New students $1,215.00 (includes one intake session);
 Continuing students $980.00.
