The DBT Skills
Training group is for people who would like to learn how to cope more
effectively with intense emotions, problematic thoughts or behaviors (i.e.
negative thinking, self-harm, substance use, polarized thinking), and/or
relationship struggles.
During the year, Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness,
Emotion Regulation, and Distress Tolerance skills are taught over three 14-week

Adults 7:30 – 9:00 PM; Teens 4:15 - 5:45 PM.
WHEN: January 13 – April 14, 2021 (we skip
holiday weeks).

FEES: New students $1,135.00 (includes one intake
session); Continuing students $910.00.
