The DBT Skills
Training group is for adolescents (14-17) who would like to learn how to cope
more effectively with intense emotions, problematic thoughts or behaviors (i.e. negative thinking, self-harm, substance use,
polarized thinking), and relationship struggles.
This group is a structured psychoeducation
program with handouts, worksheets and DBT practice assignments to support you
