The Adolescent DBT Skills Training group is for teens who would like to learn how to cope more effectively with intense emotions, problematic thoughts or behaviors (i.e. negative thinking, self-harm, substance use, suicidal thinking), and/or relationship struggles.


Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Emotion Regulation, and Distress Tolerance skills are taught in order to reduce self-destructive behaviors and learn more adaptive ways to manage painful emotions.


WEDNESDAYS:  4:15 - 5:45 PM (Adults meet Wednesdays, 7:30 - 9:00 PM)
         July 29  October 28, 2020 14-Week Programs.
         WHERE:  ZOOM meeting (until there is a cure or vaccine for COVID 19)

         FEES:  New students = $925 (includes one intake session); Continuing students = $700.
